We built the host we wish we had.
LaunchPad Host is run by people who got tired of paying big-brand hosts for mediocre speed, aggressive upsells, and support queues that lasted longer than outages. So we built the thing we wanted: NVMe servers, LiteSpeed, fair prices, and humans who answer tickets.
What we believe
- Small sites deserve the same stack as big ones. NVMe, LiteSpeed, LSCache — we don't gatekeep speed behind enterprise plans.
- Your data is yours. We don't mine it, we don't sell it, we don't hand it to anyone without a warrant.
- Crypto is a feature, not a compliance problem. We accept Bitcoin, Lightning, and Monero because freedom of payment matters.
- Transfer-out is sacred. If you ever want to leave, we help you leave. No "retention" gauntlets, no holding domains hostage.
- Uptime is a promise, not a marketing line. We publish our incident history and SLA credits automatically.
Where we host
Our primary infrastructure is in Germany (Contabo EU data centres) on dedicated NVMe storage with LiteSpeed Enterprise and redundant networking. We chose EU over US because GDPR-by-default is a better starting point for privacy-respecting hosting.
For customers who need closer-to-user latency, Cloudflare's global CDN is included on Growth and Scale plans.
