Service description
LaunchPad Host provides web hosting, domain registration, email hosting, and related infrastructure. Specific service details, resource allocations, and pricing are as described on our website and in your order confirmation.
Account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. Provide accurate information on signup and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure — notify us of any unauthorized access immediately.
Acceptable use
Use of the service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination. We take pride in enforcing AUP consistently — not selectively.
Fees, billing, and renewals
- Fees are billed in advance according to your selected plan.
- Renewal pricing is the same as your signup pricing — we do not use introductory-rate bait-and-switch pricing.
- Domain renewals are billed at the registry-passthrough rate published at the time of renewal.
- You may cancel auto-renewal from the dashboard at any time; no phone call required.
- Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension. Restoration after suspension may incur a fee per our published fee schedule.
Refund policy
See our Refund Policy for full terms — 30-day money-back guarantee on shared hosting; pro-rated refunds on annual plans within the first 30 days; domain registrations and third-party licenses are non-refundable once issued.
Service-level commitments
We target 99.9% monthly uptime on shared-hosting plans. If we miss that target, eligible customers can request a pro-rated service credit by emailing support@launchpadhost.com within 30 days of the incident. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure, and customer-caused outages are excluded.
Content and DMCA
You retain ownership of all content you host. You represent that your content does not violate third-party rights. We respond to valid DMCA notices — see our DMCA Policy. We do not proactively monitor content.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, AUP violations, legal requirements, or security emergencies. We will provide notice where practicable. On termination, you have 14 days to retrieve your data before it is permanently deleted. You may terminate at any time from the dashboard; we will not charge you a "cancellation fee".
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond those expressly set out here or required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Changes, jurisdiction, and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our billing entity is registered. Questions: legal@launchpadhost.com.
