What's included in every plan?

Can I run Node.js / Python / Docker?
Node.js and Python applications run on all plans via our HestiaCP panel. Full Docker / VPS-level access is available on our upcoming VPS plans (join the waitlist from the pricing page).
Do you throttle high-traffic sites?
No artificial throttling. Resource limits (CPU, RAM, inodes) are published per plan and enforced only when consistently exceeded — we'll always email you first before taking any action.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Anytime, from your dashboard. Prorated credit is applied automatically.
Migration & setup
Will you migrate my site for me?
Yes — free hands-on migration on Growth and Scale plans. Starter includes a one-time migration on request. We do the heavy lifting and schedule zero-downtime cutover.
How long does migration take?
Typical WordPress migration: 30–60 minutes from request to live. Large or custom stacks: same-day for simple cases, 24–48 hrs for complex.
Do I need to change my domain's nameservers?
Yes, to point your domain at our servers. We send you exact step-by-step instructions once your account is ready.
Billing & payments
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit cards (Stripe), UPI / NetBanking / Indian cards (Razorpay), and Bitcoin / Lightning / Monero (BTCPay Server). Zero extra fees for crypto.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — full 30-day money-back guarantee on hosting, no questions asked. Domain registrations are non-refundable (registry rule, same at every registrar).
Do you auto-renew?
Yes, but you can toggle auto-renew off anytime. We send renewal reminders 30 days, 7 days, and 24 hours before charging.
Domains
Do you include free WHOIS privacy?
Yes, on every TLD that supports it. Enabled by default, free forever.
Can I transfer a domain away?
Always. We don't block or delay transfers-out. Unlock, get your auth code, done.
Do I need to host with you to register a domain?
No — you can register or transfer domains without buying hosting. Full DNS management included free.
Privacy & freedom
Do you require KYC?
Only what the law requires. Credit-card payments carry name/billing address; crypto payments don't. We never ask for ID uploads for regular hosting.
What content is allowed?
Anything legal in the country where our servers are hosted (Germany). No CSAM, no malware distribution, no spam. Everything else — including crypto projects, privacy tools, adult content, and controversial speech — is welcome.
Will you hand over my data?
Only under a valid court order. We publish a transparency report annually.
