Refund Policy
30-day money-back guarantee
Every new shared-hosting plan (Starter, Growth, Scale) includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email billing@launchpadhost.com within 30 days of your initial purchase and we will refund the hosting fee in full to your original payment method.
Annual and multi-year plans after 30 days
If you cancel an annual or multi-year plan after the 30-day window, we will pro-rate and refund the unused portion — calculated as (months remaining / months in term) × amount paid, minus the published list price for the months already consumed. You will not be charged a cancellation fee.
What is not refundable
- Domain registrations and renewals — once a domain is registered at the registry, the registration fee is non-refundable (ICANN policy; we pass the fee through at wholesale-plus-small-margin).
- Third-party software licenses that we purchase on your behalf (SSL from third parties, paid plugins, etc.) once delivered.
- Setup fees and dedicated-IP fees after the service is provisioned.
- Fraud or AUP-violation terminations — accounts terminated for fraudulent chargebacks, spam, abuse, or other AUP violations are not eligible for refund.
Payment-method specifics
- Credit card refunds land in 5–10 business days depending on your issuer.
- Crypto payments are refunded in the same coin to an address you provide. Because exchange rates fluctuate, we refund the original coin amount, not the original fiat value.
- Chargebacks without contacting us first may result in account suspension while we review.
How to request a refund
Email billing@launchpadhost.com with your account email and order number. We acknowledge within 1 business day and process within 5 business days. No phone calls, no retention-team "offers", no upsells. We respect your decision.
