Affiliate Agreement
Eligibility and signup
The LaunchPad Host affiliate program is open to individuals and businesses that own or represent a website, YouTube channel, newsletter, or similar audience channel and that comply with this agreement. Sign up from the affiliate dashboard; approval is manual and typically within 2 business days.
Commission and cookie window
- Commission: 30% of the first-year hosting payment on a new customer's first paid plan. Domain registrations, renewals, and add-ons are excluded.
- Cookie window: 60 days from first click.
- Attribution: last-click wins among affiliate referrers within the cookie window. Direct-search-for-brand-name conversions are not attributed to affiliates.
- Recurring commissions are not offered — we prefer a higher first-year rate.
Payout
- Hold period: 45 days after the customer's first payment — aligned with our 30-day money-back guarantee plus a buffer for chargebacks.
- Minimum payout: USD 50 (or equivalent in crypto).
- Methods: PayPal, SEPA bank transfer, or Bitcoin / Lightning.
- Schedule: monthly, on the 15th, for eligible commissions cleared the prior month.
Prohibited promotion methods
- Bidding on our brand name ("launchpadhost", "launchpad host", variations) or common misspellings in any paid-search channel.
- Cookie stuffing, iframe stuffing, or injection into other affiliates' links.
- Incentivized signups — cashback sites, coupon sites not approved by us, or paid-to-click networks.
- Misleading claims about pricing, features, or guarantees.
- Spam in any form — unsolicited email, Reddit/forum comment spam, YouTube-comment spam, Twitter/X reply spam, scraped directories.
- Passing through cloaking, URL shorteners that obscure destination, or any technique that hides from the end user that they are clicking an affiliate link.
Violations are grounds for account termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
Disclosure
Affiliates must disclose the affiliate relationship in compliance with FTC Endorsement Guides, ASA guidance, and other applicable regulations. A clear, unambiguous statement at the point of recommendation is required.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Unpaid commissions earned in compliance with this agreement are paid out at the next scheduled payout following termination; commissions associated with terminated-for-cause accounts are forfeited. We may modify commission rates and cookie windows with 30 days' notice; existing clicks are honored at the prior rate until the cookie expires.
